The Beard Fails to Grow: Reasons for the Problem and Ways of Fixing It

- Stimulate the growth of villi by using a deep cleansing scrub once per week and a mask coated with red pepper. In the evening, wash your face and massage the skin on your face by using a soft brush or your fingertips. Avoid using hot water.
- Apply castor oil once per week for 1-2 hours on the roots. Distribute it thoroughly with a comb along the entire length of your beard.
- Avoid sunbathing at noon, when the sun is particularly aggressive. In winter, cover your beard with your clothes or a scarf because frost negatively affects the growth of facial hair as well.
- Go work out but just train moderately. It’s enough to visit a swimming pool or gym twice per week. Power loads stimulate the production of male hormones in the body. Consequently, the beard will become long and thick.
- Walk outside more instead of sitting at home or at your computer. Choose an activity that you enjoy: cycling, hiking outside the city, etc.
